About Peace Of Maine

Peace Of Maine is a dream rooted in soul, grown in living soil. 

Born out of deep personal experience with trauma, grief and loss that occurred on the property in 2020, our founder, Leketa, was determined to devote her life to ‘growing while grieving’ in hope of transmuting pain into power.  

We, as a small collective of caregivers and creatives, hope to disrupt current cannabis narratives that we feel are not serving the highest interest of the plants, nor the people. We intend to elevate conversations by educating, inspiring and advocating for a more expansive understanding of the medicinal characteristics and spiritual components of cannabis, while promoting beneficial practices of regenerative agriculture through our shared stewarding of this sacred land in Central Maine.
